About Our Rooms
Step away from routine and enjoy a break at Lubnaig Guest House. Our home-from-home lodge was built in 1864 and is a wonderful example of Victorian architecture. The accommodation is a perfect blend of characterful features and en suite modern facilities. The interiors were designed in keeping with Scottish tradition, with a distinctly Italian twist!
The lodge features six comfortable en suite bedrooms and if you’re planning a stay with family why not book our coach house? The two-bedroom annexe is perfect for families.
The double and twin bedrooms are newly refurbished and feature exceptionally comfortable beds and mattresses. Bed linen is made with Egyptian cotton and you’ll find fluffy white towels and Cole & Lewis toiletries at your disposal.
All bedrooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV, wardrobes, and tea and coffee trays with kettle, biscuits, tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Each has a private bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet.
And so you can pack lighter, we provide a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body cream, plus shower caps and vanity kits.
Free Wifi is available in all rooms and communal areas of Lubnaig Guest House.
Ground Floor Bedrooms
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, ideal for those who have difficulty with stairs.
Virginia is our double room overlooking the garden.
Fabiana is our twin room.
Both rooms have private bathrooms with shower and toilet, and a washbasin in the bedroom.
Upper Floor Rooms
On the upper floor, there are four bedrooms.
Francesca is our double deluxe bedroom. The largest bedroom on the upper floor which overlooks the garden with a pretty boxed window with seating and a small table. The bedroom also features a sofa bed, ideal if you are staying with children.
Susanna is a double room overlooking the garden and terrace.
Lavinia is a twin room with an extra sofa bed.
Rebecca is a twin room.
All the upper floor bedrooms feature private bathrooms with shower, washbasin and toilet.
The Coach House
The Coach House is a separate annexe with two interconnecting en suite bedrooms - one double, one twin, ideal for families of four. We are also happy to add an extra bed or baby cot in the twin room if required. Each room has a private bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.
The Coach House is situated next to the main house with its own parking area. Guests can enjoy the garden and terraces, and of course have full access to the main house, lounge and dining areas.
